Christine Spicer-Peltzer has been painting since the age of 17, primarily in oils. Over the years she has refined her impressionist style and adapted it to the mediums of pastel and fired porcelain. She has studied with various artists and participated in workshops offered by The Scottsdale School of Fine Arts. She is a founding member of Ottawa Valley Arts League.
